Emerging Opportunity Grants

At The Health Trust, we understand that there are many ways that our community partners can build health equity in Silicon Valley. While our Health Partnership grantmaking philosophy centers on a strategic approach that aligns our provider, funder, and advocate roles to maximize the impact in our focus areas, Emerging Opportunity Grants are designed to support projects that fall outside of our focus areas, yet advance the health and wellbeing of our most vulnerable populations.

The Health Trust will consider Emerging Opportunity projects that build health equity by addressing an important and/or pressing community need.

If you would like to share an Emerging Opportunity concept, please complete the Emerging Opportunity Grants Concept Form.
