We’re kicking off our Holiday Giving Campaign!

Each holiday season, we make sure our Meals on Wheels clients know that we care about them. Most live alone with few friends and family nearby, so it’s important they know that they are not forgotten, especially during the holidays. This year as part of our Holiday Giving Campaign, we are collecting large print puzzles, socks, beanie hats, gloves, lip balm, hand sanitizer, and face coverings to put in their holiday gift bag.

You can help by:

  • Purchasing the items and assembling holiday gift bags yourself – a fun family project! Drop off of gift bags will need to be coordinated with Mayra Catalán, our Community Partnerships Manager.
  • Purchasing the items from our Amazon Wish List, and we will assemble the gift bags when items arrive – be sure to sign up for AmazonSmile to shop directly from our Charity List (learn how to sign up here).
  • Donating funds to purchase items through our secure website – select “Client Holiday Gift Drive” so we know your gift is for this project.

Holiday gift bags will be distributed to Meals on Wheels clients in early December, so please make your donation by Monday, November 30th.
