first 5 santa claraFunded by FIRST 5 Santa Clara County’s Learning Together Initiative, The Health Trust Family Resource Centers provide an environment where children ages 0-5 and their parents and caregivers can learn and grow together. The Health Trust Family Resource Centers, operated in partnership with Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County and SJB Child Development Centers, offer free programs and services designed to strengthen families and promote literacy, proper nutrition, physical activity and skills that growing children need to be ready to succeed in kindergarten.
