Program Associate – Wellness Access and Education – 6 per diem positions
The Program Associate is responsible for providing peer led workshops on oral health, nutrition and/or chronic conditions (such as Diabetes). The Program Associate will lead and/or co-facilitate workshops and deliver the curriculum content.

Benefit Specialist, AIDS Services – 2 full time positions
Assess the needs of individuals with HIV/AIDS, and connect them with internal services and/or community resources; assist clients with accessing and/or troubleshooting public/private benefits and entitlement programs; coordinate with staff and other providers (HIV and non-HIV related) to attempt to get client needs met and to avoid duplication of services; outreach to clients in jail or who are out of care, outreach to the community.
